Port and orchard flavours

The dishes however, stand out for their intense flavours and respect for quality ingredients. Sardines on the spit, fried anchovies, gazpacho and many other recipes make up this Mediterranean cuisine, where fish, vegetables and the ever present quality olive oil are the main features.
