You have the right to cancel your booking within 10 calendar days, without the need for justification (“right of withdrawal”). The withdrawal deadline will expire 10 calendar days after the day on which the Client confirmed the booking on our website. If the right of withdrawal is exercised and provision of the service has not begun, the full amount paid will be refunded. This refund will be issued via the same payment method used by the Client to make the initial purchase transaction. The consumer will not incur any expenses when exercising their right of withdrawal.
